Terms of sale

Restocked is run by The Pickup Shop, Dandenong South, Victoria. All prices are in Australian dollars. The Pickup Shop is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

Prices and minimums

• Prices depend on the quantity of each item and how you get your order. Bulk prices apply per item, and different items don't add together for a bulk price.
• Prices for 3-4 and 5 or more apply when your order reaches $300 at those prices. Orders under $300 pay the 1-2 price on every item.
• Local drop-off is for orders of $500 or more. If your order is smaller we'll contact you to sort it out.
• You can mix any quantities of different items in one order.
• Stock and prices can change. We confirm your order after payment. If we can't supply an item we'll offer a refund for it.

Pickup

• Pickup is from Dandenong South, for Victorian postcodes.
• Orders are usually ready in 3-7 business days, or 3-5 business days for orders of 1 or 2 units. These times are estimates.
• We contact you to arrange a time. Please don't come before we've confirmed your order is ready.

Local drop-off

• Available for orders of $500 or more within about 60 km of Dandenong South, on our weekly run.
• Usually within 3-7 business days. We contact you to arrange a time. We can't guarantee a delivery day or time.
• Very large orders may need more than one trip, and we'll contact you if so. Orders of $10,000 or more need a delivery quote.

Courier delivery

• Sent by courier to the address you give us. Street addresses only, no PO boxes.
• Our courier doesn't deliver to some areas. Delivery times are estimates.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights.
